I was recently sent a bottle of TrueSol Phytoceramides by Blue Skies. It is a once a day natural supplement to help renew your skin and nails. The company said the have powerful healing properties. I was a little worried as I have previously tried to take Biotin capsules and it made me feel sick (very rare side effect apparently).
