TrueSol Phytoceramides Review {Tomoson}

I was recently sent a bottle of TrueSol Phytoceramides by Blue Skies. It is a once a day natural supplement to help renew your skin and nails. The company said the have powerful healing properties. I was a little worried as I have previously tried to take Biotin capsules and it made me feel sick (very rare side effect apparently).

However as a lifetime nail biter I really wanted to give it a go.

First of all I felt NO nausea while taking it. - HUGE PLUS for me.

Secondly I really think it worked. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and am amazed at the difference I have noticed in my nails. That might not look too good to those of you with amazing long nails but to me it is HUGE!
